Cottage Recordings is run by me – Tim Hewlett. I have had a lifelong interest in recording and music. I have been in various bands and have made recordings in them before getting involved in making recordings myself about 8 years ago. I have recorded a number of different musicians over those years. You can hear their music on this website under Samples of Recordings.
I have written and recorded two full length albums to date and am now working on my third.
I have not had formal training in sound engineering but I am self taught and I have a passion for learning more.
